This dark pomegranate color almost opaque wine is fermented in Qvevri. The wine is made of Otskhanuri Sapere grape variety grown in Imereti region, western part of Georgia. Tangy blackberry, blackcurrant and dried black fig flavors are supported by crushed ripe Elderberry aromas. With firm tannins and pleasant long smoky aftertaste. Enjoy at 14-15°C with prosciutto and grilled lamb leg with rosemary.
