Sparkling wine made in the traditional method with the second fermentation done in the bottle.

This high end Sparkling assembles the refreshing character of the Chardonnay and the volume form the Pinot Noir in an elegant wine. After spending 48 months on its lees the bubbles create a smooth spark, the mouthfeel gains creaminess and the aftertaste becomes more lingering. Thanks to its characteristics, the evolution of the wine in the bottle tends to the side of dried fruits and hazelnuts.

Pale yellow colour with gold reflections. Slightly and subtle bubbling.
Full bodied, in the mouth, the wine confirms the aromatics together with a refreshing sensation.
Storage temperature 14 - 16 ° C Best Served between 5 -8° C.
