The winemaking process begins with a meticulous manual harvest, followed by a careful selection of grapes on a sorting table. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled maceration, ensuring optimal extraction of flavors. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C over 20 days, while malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s purity and freshness. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, Karas Kef Red Reserve Blend offers a rich and robust flavor profile.
