Chapó! is made 100% from Chardonnay, our most international of cavas which displays this variety’s versatility. Today, Chardonnay is harmoniously sprinkled around our native variety vineyards, adding its own chapter to the magnificent and diverse story of our landscape.

Chardonnay is the starter’s gun for our most exciting time of the year; the start of August marks the beginning of the harvest at our winery.

Tasting notes:
Radiant gold color. Enduring stream of bead-like bubbles. Fresh and original. Balsamic and floral notes, featuring pine, rose and geranium, precede fruity pineapple, grapefruit, and melon aromas. Balanced, elegant, and creamy in the mouth, offering a long and fresh aftertaste with citric and balsamic impressions.

Loves to accompany asparagus, artichokes, white fish, pasta, rice dishes and appetizers.
