Kolonist Bisser Blanc de Blancs Brut 2020

The wine is made by classical method of champagnization (méthode traditionnelle) with aging sur lie in bottles no less than 1,5 years. Bisser – blanc de blancs – is a classical brut from Chardonnay grapes from Kolonist own vineyards. Degorgage is made manually.

Serving temperature: from +6 to +8 °С
The best form of glass for this wine: “flute” (120-200 ml)
Alcohol: 11.5% vol

• AROMA AND TASTE

  This wine has refreshing and crisp taste with sweet aftertaste. Subtle aroma of wine has notes of brioche and butter, cream and vanilla, toasted bread crusts.

• ENOGASTRONOMIC COMBINATION

  It is recommended to serve as an aperitif. Wine is perfectly combined with oysters and caviar.
