In this exclusive Shiraz you can clearly taste what Constantin is all about - the genuine fruit of the grape variety and the terroir. Here, strong aromas of black cherry, dark plum and black berries marry with dark chocolate, fine spice, tobacco and fine notes of black earth to an impressive fragrance play. Densely and velvety flattering on the palate, with filigree acidity, accompanied by very fine tannins.
Beautiful elegance with a richly structured, long finish. Simply gorgeous.

In the Shiraz of Equinox, the winemaker has succeeded in elegantly combining the best of both breastfeeds in the bottle – dark garnet red color, dense, strong fruit aromas, full-bodied taste with a filigree acidity and fine notes of black earth, which reflect the terroir. The wine is still young, it can age quietly another 3-4 years in the bottle. However, we recommend drinking the Shiraz now to enjoy it in its full extravagance.
The grape harvest is carried out exclusively by hand. When vinifying, Constantin also relies on spontaneous fermentation. Shiraz is aged for 24 months in barriques, 1/3 of the wine in nine Romanian barriques and the rest in used American and French barriques. Tapping without fining. A single filtration cycle during filling.
