Winemaker’s notes:
Stakhovsky Cabernet Sauvignon ACE has been aged 18 months in French oak. From 2019 harvest 20,000 bottles were made.

Characteristics:
Stakhovsky Cabernet Sauvignon ACE is an excellent aged round wine with an aroma of blackcurrants and ripe cherries. Wine has nicely rounded taste with blackcurrant and spicy notes.

Food pairing:
Superb aperitif, but goes excellently with creamy cheese or pasta with buttery sauce. Should be served at a temperature of 18°C
