Novak Alb de Onitcani Orange 2021 White

A pure Alb de Onițcani, which is specially vinified. Similar to a red wine, a mash fermentation is carried out here. Although bottled unfiltered, the wine is sparkling clean and radiant in the glass. The wine opens up, spoiled with the typical aroma of pear compote. Extremely complex with notes of mint, elder and tropical fruits. Never overwhelming but in its well-dosed form a great white wine from Moldova. Must have!
