Pizzato Fausto Tannat 2020

Dark red with violet undertones; intense; aromas of blackberries and dark fruits in general, coffee, earthy, spices and leather. It has fine tannins, is balanced, fresh and persistent; medium body. In the aftertaste, blackberries, spices and leather. Good persistence and feeling of freshness.

Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts and controlled temperature. Total fermentation and maceration time of 6 days. Passage of the wine through French oak barrels of 3rd use or more.

Serving Temperature: To better appreciate the strengths of this wine, it is suggested that the temperature of the drink be between 15 and 18 oC.
