Proqin Ryzlink Vlašský Ice Wine 2008

Rare wine pairings selected for festive meals. The grapes for this wine were collected frozen on the vine in the grapes freezes sugars and extractives, but only water, which causes an increase in the concentration must. The result is a small amount of noble, extractive and spicy wine.

Noble rich fruity bouquet with delicate citrus notes and a hint of fresh yellow fruit enhanced by original and sensual flavors of candied mandarin, which is nicely complemented by honey taste of tropical fruit.

We recommend to very sweet desserts, duck breast, raspberry syrup and chicory, excelling also with cream, with exotic fruits, fits goat cheese with & white mold or spicy cheese. Traditionally, ice wine is recommended to goose liver (foie gras).
